Matching-chair price applies only to the second and later identical-model chairs at the same appointment. Storage beds with more than six drawers, lifting mechanisms, or other unusual features require a custom quote.

Freestanding furniture with manufacturer-supplied plug-in electric inserts only. Includes standard furniture assembly, positioning the supplied insert as directed, and basic plug-in operation check using an existing suitable outlet. No electrical, plumbing or gas work.

Basic consumer-electronics setup uses existing suitable outlets and network connections. It does not include repair or modification of wiring or plumbing.
Clear pricing rules
- Appointment minimum: $60 labor in standard areas; $100 labor in Sandpoint, Sagle and Priest River. These are minimum labor totals, not extra fees.
- Custom projects: $45 per hour, with a two-hour minimum ($90) for a standalone custom appointment. Further time is rounded up in 30-minute increments ($22.50).
- Additional work: Only work outside the accepted scope may incur an extra charge, and only after you approve the change. Extra work added to a flat-rate appointment does not trigger another two-hour minimum.
- Flat-rate guarantee: A qualifying standard job will not cost more solely because it takes longer than the estimated time.
- Travel: Charged once per appointment according to the service-area list below.
- What's included: Standard assembly with manufacturer-provided components and hardware, basic placement and functionality checks, and packaging gathered in one area.
- Not included: Missing or replacement parts, moving existing heavy furniture, hauling packaging away, structural changes, and electrical, plumbing or gas installation or repairs.
- Price confirmation: All labor and travel charges are disclosed in a written quote before booking; any applicable taxes are identified separately. Quote requests do not confirm appointments.
Safety & service limitations: McKee Assembly is not an electrical or plumbing contractor and does not perform electrical wiring, outlet work, hardwiring, plumbing connections or repairs, or gas-line work. Electric fireplace furniture service is limited to qualifying freestanding furniture and manufacturer-supplied plug-in inserts. Tasks that require licensed trade work must be handled by the appropriate professional.
